Can I customise my home and garden?

Yes, your home is your own. You’re free to make it feel just the way you like, including personalising your garden space

Who maintains my home and gardens?

You’re responsible for looking after your own home and garden, while our team maintains the shared gardens, roads and community facilities.

Are visitors allowed to stay with me and use the facilities?

Yes. Your friends and family are welcome to stay in your home. They can also use the facilities while they are staying with you.

Is there space to store my caravan or boat?

Yes. Caravan and boat storage is available within the village, subject to availability.

Is there visitor parking?

Yes. Visitor parking is available within the village for your family and friends when they come to see you.

Do I have access to all the community facilities?

Yes, as a resident you can enjoy the use of our community centre along with other shared spaces designed for connection and relaxation.

Are there health services nearby?

Yes. Gosnells Healthcare Centre and Gosnells Medical Clinic are just ≈ 2 km away, and Armadale/Kelmscott Hospital is about 6 km from the village.

Is there public transport nearby?

Absolutely. There are bus stops on Albany Highway at both ends of the village, and Seaforth Train Station on the Armadale Line is directly opposite the community.

Is Riverside Gardens Estate just for retirees?

No. Our homes are available to anyone over the age of 50 whether you’re still working, semi-retired, or fully retired.

Can I have pets?

Riverside Gardens Estate is a pet-free community, so we’re unable to welcome cats or dogs at this time.
