Residents’ tenure is secured by the terms of the Residential Land Lease Communities 2013 (Act) and the terms of their individual site agreement. Residential Site Agreements can only be terminated in the limited circumstances outlined in the Act, and no resident can be removed without an order from the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
