No. Aged care isn’t provided onsite. However, visiting services from external providers can often be arranged, and there are care options in the local area.

Yes. You can personalise the inside of your home however you like. External changes just need management approval

You’ll look after your own home and garden. The village team takes care of shared spaces and facilities.

Are visitors allowed to stay with me and use the facilities?

Yes. Visitors are welcome to stay when you let management know. They can also enjoy the facilities when accompanied by you.

Is there space to store my caravan or boat?

No. Caravan and boat storage is not available at Hallidays Point Village. Many residents find nearby local storage options work well.

Is there visitor parking?

Yes. There is visitor parking available onsite. This makes it easy for family and friends to visit

Do I have access to all the community facilities?

Yes. You’ll enjoy access to all the facilities of the holiday park including the pools, tennis court and games room which is great for when the family come to visit.

Are there health services nearby?

Absolutely! Hallidays Point Medical Centre is only a 2-minute drive away. Forster–Tuncurry Hospital is also just 15 minutes by car for peace of mind.

Is there public transport nearby?

Yes. There’s a bus stop less than a minute’s walk from the village on Blackhead Road.

Is Hallidays Point Village just for retirees?

No, our village is designed for people aged over 50. Many residents are working or semi-retired and enjoy the low-maintenance lifestyle.

Can I have pets?

Yes. Hallidays Point Village is pet-friendly. Well-behaved pets are welcome under our community guidelines and with management approval.
