Yes. Forster Private Hospital is only about five minutes’ drive from the village. Local medical centres are also close, giving you confidence that care is always within reach.

Do I have access to all the community facilities?

Yes. As a resident you can use the facilities within the village and neighbouring holiday park

Is there visitor parking?

Yes. Visitor parking is available onsite. This makes it easy for family and friends to visit.

Is there space to store my caravan or boat?

Yes. There is caravan and boat storage available within the village (subject to availability)

Are visitors allowed to stay with me and use the facilities?

Yes, family and friends are welcome to stay. They can also enjoy the facilities while visiting.

Who maintains my home and gardens?

You’re responsible for your home and your garden. Our grounds team takes care of shared gardens, roads and facilities.

Can I customise my home and garden?

Yes. You can make changes to the inside of your home and garden. For outside areas, please seek management approval

Is aged care offered onsite?

No. Aged care services aren’t offered within the village. However, external providers can visit if you’d like additional support at home.
