You’re responsible for your home and your garden. Our grounds team takes care of shared gardens, roads and facilities.

Yes. You can make changes to the inside of your home and garden. For outside areas, please seek management approval

No. Aged care services aren’t offered within the village. However, external providers can visit if you’d like additional support at home.
