Is there visitor parking?

Yes. Visitor parking is available on site, making it simple for friends and family to come and see you.

Are visitors allowed to stay with me and use the facilities?

Of course. Family and friends are welcome to stay with you and enjoy the community facilities alongside you. For longer stays, we just ask that you let the village manager know.

Who maintains my home and gardens?

You’re responsible for the upkeep of your own home and garden, while our team looks after the shared gardens, roads and community areas – so you can spend more time enjoying life.

Can I customise my home and garden?

Yes. Your home is yours to make your own, and you can add your personal touch to your garden too, in line with village guidelines.

Is aged care offered onsite?

No. Island Breeze Resort is an independent lifestyle community. If you need extra care in the future, you can arrange in-home services while continuing to live in the community you love.
