No. Sugar Coast Village is an independent lifestyle community. If you ever need additional care, in-home services can be arranged. 

Can I customise my home and garden?

Yes. Your home is yours to make your own. You can decorate and personalise your home and garden to suit your lifestyle and taste.

Who maintains my home and gardens?

You’ll look after the inside of your home and your own garden, while the village team maintains the shared gardens, roads, and community spaces.

Are visitors allowed to stay with me and use the facilities?

Yes. Guests are welcome to stay with you and can enjoy the facilities during their visit

Is there space to store my caravan or boat?

Yes. Caravan and boat storage is available onsite, subject to availability. 

Is there visitor parking?

Yes. Visitor parking is available, making it easy for family and friends to visit
