Who maintains my home and gardens?

You’re responsible for your home and your garden. Our grounds team takes care of shared gardens, roads and facilities.

Are visitors allowed to stay with me and use the facilities?

Yes, family and friends are welcome to stay. They can also enjoy the facilities while visiting.

Is there space to store my caravan or boat?

Onsite storage is available for a small additional fee and is subject to availability.

Is there visitor parking?

Yes. Dedicated visitor parking is available, so it’s easy to have family and friends over.

Do I have access to all the community facilities?

Yes - residents can enjoy all community facilities available within the village.

Are there health services nearby?

Yes. Everyday medical needs are well supported, with the District Hospital, local GPs and pharmacies close by in Pambula. For more specialised care, larger hospitals and medical specialists are available just a short drive away in Merimbula and Bega.

Is there public transport nearby?

Yes - there’s a local bus stop on Princes Highway just a short walk from the village entrance.
