You’re responsible for your home and your garden. Our grounds team takes care of shared gardens, roads and facilities.

Are visitors allowed to stay with me and use the facilities?

Yes. Your family and friends are welcome to stay with you. Guests can also enjoy the shared facilities during their visit.

Is there space to store my caravan or boat?

Yes. There’s a dedicated caravan and boat storage is available at the village (subject to availability).

Is there visitor parking?
