Who maintains my home and gardens?.

You’re responsible for your home and garden upkeep. Management maintains communal facilities and common area gardens, including your front garden

Are visitors allowed to stay with me and use the facilities?

Yes. Visitors may stay with you; but please inform management prior.

Is there space to store my caravan or boat?

There is no dedicated caravan or boat storage at the village. Please speak with the management and they can guide you to nearby storage options.

Is there visitor parking?

Yes. Visitor parking is available within the village, making family and friends’ visits easy

Do I have access to all the community facilities?

Yes. Residents have access to all community facilities

Are there health services nearby?

Yes. Coffs Harbour Health Campus is a 3 min drive and Coffs Central Medical Centre is a 2 min drive from the village, so care is close when you need it and offers real peace of mind.

Is there public transport nearby?

Yes. Local bus stops on the Pacific Highway are just outside the village, so getting around without a car is manageable

Is Lime Tree Village just for retirees?

No. It’s an over 50s community, so you don’t need to be fully retired. Whether you’re retired, semi-retired or still working, you’ll be welcome.
