Is there space to store my caravan or boat? 

Yes. Caravan and boat storage is provided, subject to availability. 

Are visitors allowed to stay with me and use the facilities? 

Yes. Visitors are welcome at Faringdon Estate. You’re free to have family and friends come and enjoy time with you, and they’re able to use the community facilities during their stay.

Who maintains my home and gardens? 

You’re responsible for maintaining your own home and private garden. We look after the communal facilities and shared areas within the village. 

Can I customise my home and garden? 

Yes. You’re free to personalise your home and garden to suit your needs. For any external changes, please check with village management first to ensure they meet community guidelines. 

Is aged care offered onsite? 

No. Aged care isn’t provided onsite. However, visiting services from external providers can often be arranged, and there are care options available in the local area if you ever need extra support.
