No. Aged care services are not provided within the village. However, external providers can be arranged if extra support is ever needed.

Can I customise my home and garden?

Yes you are free to customise your home as you like. For any external changes please consult with management first.

Who maintains my home and gardens?

You’ll look after your own home and garden, while the village team cares for the community areas.

Are visitors allowed to stay with me and use the facilities?

Yes. Your visitors are welcome to stay with you. They can also enjoy the facilities when accompanied by you

Is there space to store my caravan or boat?

No. Crystal Waters Estate doesn’t have caravan or boat storage.

Is there visitor parking?
