2026 Resident Survey Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

The Hampshire Villages 2026 Resident Survey Prize Draw ("Prize Draw") is open to individuals who:

Are permanent residents of a participating Hampshire Villages community;
Are aged 18 years or older;
Complete the Hampshire Villages 2026 Resident Survey during the promotional period;
Submit their contact details via the separate prize draw entry form at the conclusion of the survey.

The Prize Draw is not open to:

Employees of Hampshire Property Group, Hampshire Villages, or any related entities;
Immediate family members of employees of Hampshire Property Group, Hampshire Villages, or any related entities.

Promotional Period

The Prize Draw opens at 12:00am AEST on Monday, 22 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday, 12 July 2026.

Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

To enter the Prize Draw, eligible residents must:

Complete the Hampshire Villages 2026 Resident Survey; and
Submit their contact details through the separate prize draw entry form provided at the conclusion of the survey.

Survey responses and prize draw entries are collected separately to maintain the anonymity of survey responses.

Entry into the Prize Draw is optional.

Prize Details

The following prizes are available:

1 x $2,000 Visa Gift Card
10 x $100 Visa Gift Cards

The total prize pool is valued at $3,000.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Prize Draw

The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.

The draw will take place on Friday, 17 July 2026 at Hampshire Property Group's head office.

The winners will be contacted via phone or email within five (5) business days of the draw.

Unclaimed Prizes

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, Hampshire Villages reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

Any redraw will take place on Friday, 31 July 2026.

General Conditions

Hampshire Villages reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who:

Does not meet the eligibility requirements;
Provides false or misleading information;
Tampers with the entry process; or
Breaches these Terms and Conditions.

Hampshire Villages' decision in relation to any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

If, for any reason, the Prize Draw is not capable of running as planned, Hampshire Villages reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw, subject to any applicable laws.

Privacy

Personal information collected for the purpose of the Prize Draw will only be used to administer the Prize Draw and contact winners.

Survey responses remain anonymous and cannot be linked to prize draw entries.

By entering the Prize Draw, entrants consent to Hampshire Villages contacting them regarding the administration of the Prize Draw.
